What are Oil Recoveries opening hours?
Our head offices are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The operating hours of our drivers out on the road are slightly different so we can meet the demands of our customers. We understand your business may operate outside of regular hours and we always do our best to accommodate out-of-hours bookings.
How much waste oil can you collect?
We typically collect between 400 to 3,000 litres of waste oil or waste fuel per collection. Naturally this varies for every customer we visit and we can accommodate the collection of larger bulk quantities with prior notice.
How can I pay for the waste oil collection?
We accept a variety of payment methods including cash, cheque and card payment, whichever is easiest and most convenient for you on the day.
Is the consignment paperwork included in the price?
Yes! After we've collected your waste materials, our drivers will provide you with all the required legal paperwork free of charge.
When can I expect my waste oil to be collected?
Once you've been booked in for a collection with Oil Recoveries, we typically advise a waiting period of 8 working days before we arrive to collect your waste materials. However, we are currently in the process of expanding our ever-growing fleet of specialist HGVs and aim to reduce this timeframe to 3 working days over time. On the day of your collection, our driver will call you 1 hour prior to arrival to give you plenty of notice.
